One of the big tricks to building a website is designing it to fit into all the different browsers and screen resolutions present today. When building a site you need to consider all of the data at hand, otherwise you may very well build a site that leaves customers out.

The interesting, and important, element of this data is the screen resolution. We are still fighting those pesky 1024 x 768 users. Its the reason this website and every one we built is coded to roughly 800 pixels of width. At 800 wide you still force about 14% of user to scroll slightly left or right but its important not to go much further, otherwise it really turns visitors away.
